WarDogs

"WarDogs" is a short film which exposes the struggles of a U.S. soldier, Malachi, who has returned home from the Iraq War and now struggles against internal forces beyond his own understanding. He is caught in a mind breaking reality which has to connect the truth of where he has been as a soldier with the truth of where he needs to go as a man. The Filmmaker brings us into the mind of Malachi, where he battles for both his life and his sanity against the personified voices of his inner darkness. This haunting demonic voice viciously holds the secret memories of what really went down in Iraq. Malachi has the Love of something greater than himself around him, but his life is open-ended and without resolve. He fights to find whatever it is that will overcome the inner demon's self-killing.
